cleaning solutions to all surfaces including doors, handles, furniture,
treatment tables, front desk counters and writing pens.

· In accordance with Boise City Mask Mandate we REQUIRE masks to be
worn at all times

· Although we are no longer doing forehead temperature checks, we
ask if you are feeling symptomatic that you’d stay home
