Teri Ahrens, NP

Teri is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult Medicine. In joining the Idaho Chiropractic Group, Teri intends to apply the science of regenerative therapies to the holistic practice of wellness. No two individuals are the same.  Teri understands the importance of meeting one-on-one with people to understand their concerns, goals, and health history.  From that information, she can advise and tailor programs to make their journey to wellness successful.

Teri graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Boise State University. She went on to get her Masters of Science degree from Idaho State University in family practice specializing in rural health, particularly women.

Teri has an extensive background in the holistic management of critically ill patients. Her understanding of disease processes is a key element in assisting patients to develop a wellness program that fits the individual.

In her spare time, Teri enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, daughter, son-in-law, two grandsons, and two dogs.  They enjoy hiking, camping, mountain biking, paddle boarding, and just absorbing the serenity of the great outdoors!
