Meet the Staff

Your "Out of Whack Back Pack" Team members include:

     Clinic Administrator, Allison Van Komen, has been with us since 1998. Allison is responsible for all clinic financial business, marketing, and human resources. She assists in all areas of the clinic (therapy, reception, billing) and wants to meet with every patient that comes through our doors to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. Whatever your question or concern, she is the one you will want to talk to.

     Billing Manager, Julie Careaga, has been with us since 2000. Julie is responsible for all patient and insurance billing. She also assists in therapy and reception. If you have a question regarding your insurance or billing, give her a call.

     Patient Specialist, Shea Reynolds, has rejoined our team after a three year "vacation" to raise two beautiful babies. Shea is the heart of the clinic making sure patients and doctors are running smoothly. If you have a scheduling issue or other administrative concern, she will be happy to help you.

     Chiropractic Assistant, Chris Hanson, has been with us since 1998. Chris will assist you with all of your therapy and x-ray needs. Chris is a great health resource and can see that all of your health questions are answered.

     Chiropractic Assistant, Jeff Smart, has also been with us since 2006. Jeff will assist you with all of your therapy needs. Jeff recently graduated from BSU studying sports medicine and can easily assist you with your sports related questions as well.

Massage Therapist, Brian Wolff, has been with ICG since June 2007. He currently works with the Idaho Steelheads hockey team and has worked with Golds Gym in the past.
